Our Digital Experts are independent construction freelancers who work remotely to help take care of administrative, technical and management work in your business. Being located in a remote location, having an online presence only.

The ‘Host Business’ manages the tasks and day-to-day of the Talent.

Build Launch has a specialist Construction Support Team to help manage your Talent as well. We understand the onboarding process can be time consuming, and a lot of questions get raised about software usage, construction standards and many ‘How too’s’ come up as well, no different to a normal employee.

The Build Launch Talent Management Team helps manage the performance of the Talent and helps with any issues along the way and into the future.

Build Launch sources Talent from across the globe, depending on the role. We have a large portion of Talent that comes from the Philippines, as they are highly skilled and educated, speaking fluent English and work within a similar time zone to Australia.

Build Launch trains and educates every single Expert that comes through the system, in general Australian Construction Standards & Principles. Also, general Australian Business Information. If it is internationally, we will use the Standards and Principles of that local area. Specific skilled positions in Construction, have a higher level of training about their specific role and sub-industry, prior to being placed.

We do not let any Talent through, that does not complete the Talent Pool training and education modules, specific to their role.

Depending on the role you want filled, every Expert must have credentials and skills in the role they fill, no different to staff locally sourced.

Our Experts are trained in the Software of your choice. Build Launch has an extensive pool of software platforms available for training and educating. If we don’t have your Software/ SaaS program, we’ll learn it and get the Talent up and running in no time.

All Talent must clock in and clock off for work. Their login times on Software platforms are also to be checked on a weekly basis to ensure that they are using the systems throughout the week. Specific KPIs are also to be created and checked periodically, to ensure they are meeting their daily tasks and expectations in the role. Build Launch also manages the Talent’s login times daily, and performance

on a weekly basis. Weekly personal check-ins and feedback reviews are

performed by Build Launch and the Talent. The Host is contacted on a

fortnightly basis to discuss the Talent’s performance.

If the talent isn’t meeting your expectations, Build Launch offers support in improving performance, and if necessary, will replace the talent at no additional cost.

We regularly monitor talent performance through KPIs, weekly check-ins, and client feedback. Additionally, our support team is always available to assist with any quality or performance concerns that may arise. We also have pre-made role specific tasks lists, to ensure each Expert has the fundamental requirements to excel in their role.

Build Launch finds the talent required to fill the roles you require, with NO recruitment fees.

The base cost starts with, no recruitment fees, no Insurances and no operational overheads for the Talent. Once you remove these costs, they then range depending on the skill level. Averaging around 1/3 of the cost of your locally sourced staff.

Build Launch uses Go Cardless for all payments and Direct Debits. The first invoice issued, will have instructions on how to sign up to this platform for easy payments.

You will then be billed monthly on the agreed contract value through this system. An auto generated invoice will be issued with 7 day terms. Upon receiving this invoice, you can review the payment, if there seems to be a discrepancy you can hod the payment and discuss further.

Build Launch VET’s every single talent extensively. They must pass knowledge tests, reference checks and face to face interviews, prior to entering the Talent Pool for training and educating.

Depending on the complexity of the role, we can typically find, train, and onboard global talent within 1-4 weeks, allowing you to scale your team rapidly.

We primarily use online communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, and email, but we can also integrate with your preferred tools to ensure seamless collaboration.

We have strict data security protocols in place. Our talent is trained in protecting sensitive information, and we utilize secure platforms for communication and file sharing. Additionally, all talent signs a non disclosure agreement (NDA) before starting work.

Yes, you will get access to our Digital Talent Pool, once your business passes the Discovery qualification. From there, you can lock in interviews with the Experts you think suit best.

The process is simple: share your role requirements with us, and we will handle the rest. You can access our Digital Talent Directory once the Discovery Call is completed. Select who suits your requirements best and we’ll ensure the process is smooth from engagement through to onboarding.
