Candidate Requirements

All candidates must meet the experience thresholds for their track to be considered for the Build Launch Talent Network. Meeting these requirements is sufficient to apply — the Education Centre is not required for candidates who already qualify.

Years Total
Construction — Total Experience
A minimum of 4 years of professional construction experience. This is the baseline for all Construction track candidates.

Years Admin Role
Construction — Digital Role Experience
At least 3 years in an administrative, design or coordination role within construction (e.g. Estimating, Project Admin, Design, Document Controller).

Years Specific Role
Non-Construction — Role Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in your specific non-construction discipline (e.g. Finance, IT, Marketing, General Admin).

Tech Proficiency
Construction Technology
Demonstrated proficiency with relevant tools such as Wunderbuild, Bluebeam, Planswift, AutoCAD, or equivalent software appropriate to your role.
Experience is the primary factor. Construction candidates need 4 years total construction experience plus 3 years in an admin role. Non-Construction candidates need 5 years in their specific role. Candidates who meet these requirements can apply directly — no Education Centre courses are required.

The Build Launch team reviews your background, employment history, and verifies the details in your application.

Vetting & Technical Assessment
Your technical skills, communication, and overall fit for the role are assessed by the Build Launch team.
Approved
Moves to Stage 04 — profile preparation begins.
Not Passed
Redirected to the Education Centre for re-alignment before re-applying.

Candidate Qualification & Profiling
Your profile, CV summary, and strengths are documented and prepared for Build Launch's Digital Talent Directory.

Stage 05
Client Matching & Endorsement
Build Launch matches your profile to suitable client requirements and endorses you for consideration or Client will book the talent using the Digital Talent Directory.

Stage 06
Client Interview Process
You are introduced to the client and go through their interview process. Build Launch supports you throughout.

Stage 07
Placement & Contracting
Agreements are finalised between you, Build Launch, and the client. Your placement terms and compensation are confirmed.
